Together they have extensive knowledge, passion and drive for the Call Centre Industry. Siuai Fiso -- Director Siuai's background for the last fifteen years has been in the IT industry, working for companies such as Geni, ComputerLand, Gateway, Manpower providing best of breed and customer support solutions. Using proven methodologies and tools, he looks to assist clients in making technology the enabler without substituting or sacrificing the human factor. Having dealt with clients from a broad industry sector including Telecommunications, Legal, Financial and Insurance Services, Government, Corporate and SME market, Siuai brings a wealth of experience to the Connect Global team. Siuai has a natural passion for people and prides himself on taking ownership through to conclusion and the expertise to assist customers in utilising technology to enhance and improve efficiencies. Siuai firmly believes that partnerships will and can be achieved whether they be one to one or one to many through open communication, being flexibility, honesty and integrity. Serena was responsible for the set up and development of an International 40 seat Call Centre based in Wellington providing experience and input into every part of business from sales, training through to change management Her role as the Call Centre/Sales Manager involved the management of staff and servicing of client requirements. Dealing with the implementation of campaigns both nationally and internationally was a complex but a thoroughly exciting part of the business. This fulfilled her passion of developing and working with people. More recently taking up the challenge of entering a "green field" by setting up the Drake International Office in Palmerston North, Serena applied her experience and ability in understanding people and business to ensure the success of this venture.
